How does the Electric Food Composter work?
 
1. Open the lid and dispose of your food waste in the machine. After the lid is closed, the front display will show the machine’s working status, and the machine will start to heat up inside the tank to distribute heat evenly. This is to create a sterile environment for the decomposition of food waste to occur fully. (Some small remnants of food may be left behind, but this is not considered a malfunction of the machine.)
 
2. After 24 hours of operation, food waste will be decomposed almost completely. Various gases and odors will go through a deodorization process and be released through the back of the machine. The process will also make sure the gas has as little odor as possible.
 
3. Take out the final product – organic fertilizer from the electric food composter machine. The final product can be used directly in gardens or plants. However, as it is highly concentrated it needs to be mixed with soil and used in the proportion of 10:1 ratio (soil:compost). Alternatively, once the compost is cured for 4 weeks, it can then be used directly in horticulture applications.

  1. Filling Waste Products into the Product Hopper: Waste filling in the composting machine is an ecological first step in recycling. In this process, organic waste such as fruit and vegetable residue materials are used. Correct waste selection and balanced filling are the keys to efficient compost production is the key.
  2. Program Setting: After waste filling, the waste compost machine is programmed for waste sorting. At this stage, parameters such as waste density, moisture content, temperature, and sorting time are determined. In this way, waste sorting and compost production takes place automatically.
  3. Conversion Time: The waste compost machine turns the waste into compost after the programmed time. In this process, the waste is separated, heated, dried, and decomposed by microbial bacteria. This process takes 21-24 hours on average.
  4. Removing the Product Hopper: The machine completes the compost production after the waste is separated. In this process, when the compost production is completed, the product chamber is removed and the compost product is obtained. This product can be used as a natural fertilizer.
